In addition to teaching, she is passionate about performing. She has been teaching aerial silks classes at RMF for the past two years and also teaches privately. Emily specializes in vertical apparatuses - primarily aerial fabric, rope, and dance trapeze and in aerial partnering/doubles work. She has trained under esteemed coaches, Allie Cooper, Terry Crane, Alex Allen, PJ Perry, Jenn Bruyer, and Dara Minkin. She has an extensive background in theater and dance and started her aerial arts journey in 2016 at Radical Movement Factory in Santa Cruz. As long as students meet the minimum age requirements, everyone is welcome to attend.Īt this time, we are requiring masks to be worn for all classes, regardless of vaccination status. Youth classes are not available at this time.Īre family members or friends allowed to watch? There is no maximum age to participate, but students must be at least 18 years old to participate in the adult classes. What is the minimum or maximum age to participate? No shows for a reservation will be charged a miss class fee. Students must notify the studio via email to or by phone to cancel reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations are required to hold your place in all classes, but make-up classes are not necessary as the curriculum is progressive. What if I can’t make it to a pre-paid class? Warm-ups are extremely important to class therefore, students will not be permitted to attend if they arrive more than 5 minutes late. Please do not wear any jewelry or anything with zippers, rhinestones, or anything else that may damage the apparatus. Leggings and a leotard or snug fitting top are preferred for these classes. Please wear comfortable workout clothing. If spots are available in Open Fly training, you can pay the day you attend.
